Before any implementation, a full conceptualisation stage must be performed. Bitrix24 is an extremely comprehensive product, and there are sometimes multiple implementation options. Prior to the conceptualisation, a needs analysis will be performed, whereby customer requirements will be recorded during a workshop. Based on the needs analysis established therein, a Bitrix24 concept will be constructed, from which the technical team will be able to implement a solution. Of course, we have specific processes designed for clients based on their organisational requirements and industries.

Once a concept has been established and the client requirements are clearly formulated, implementation can begin. Through this stage, we rely on the extensive subject knowledge of our colleagues. Our advisors will set up the system for you correctly and lead the onboarding of your team.

System engineers and developers take ownership of the technical part, in which all required technical implementations will be performed. This work will be coordinated by our technical product manager, meaning that you will always have a central contact person available.

We are entirely convinced that it is best to start with an MVP (minimal viable product) and then continually improve and build on the product following the launch.
